Each Pyre has a multiple spirits ruling over the Pyre itself. Although their nature may seem violent or dark, These Spirits are quite benevolent, they have taken upon themselves the sacred role of ending the life of the cremated people's physical vessels and at the same time, providing an end to physical finality and allowing them to pass on. In this process they also guide the person to the afterlife safely while helping them dissolve their last worldly attachment, their body, so that they can pass on peacefully without attachment.
